The Lite package offers employees the opportunity to be able to access telephone support during their working hours.

They can book up to four informal, 30-minute conversations designed to address their specific well-being and performance needs. This tailored support allows them to discuss any concerns or challenges they may be facing and receive expert guidance in real-time.

Priced at £20 per month, per employee, the Lite package provides a cost-effective and accessible entry point for employees to benefit from personalised support and is a valuable resource for enhancing their mental well-being and overall performance.

The Enhanced package gives the business owner the choice of in-person sessions at their place of business or online sessions.

Whichever they choose the employees can book a monthly, 60 minute, one-on-one conversations designed to address their specific well-being and performance needs. Taking the “Enhanced” package also provides the employee with access to the “Lite” package which enables them to check in between sessions.

This tailored support allows them to discuss any concerns or challenges they may be facing and receive expert guidance in real-time. Priced at £70 per month, per employee, the enhanced package is designed to encourage a consistent and proactive approach to employee well-being, contributing to a more resilient and productive workforce.

The Premium package offers the highest level of flexibility and tailored support, aiming to meet the unique well-being needs of each employee.

This premium package provides employees with the opportunity to design a well-being program that fits their schedules and preferences. I will work closely with employer to craft a personalised approach to mental health and performance optimisation.

The Premium package, with pricing that varies based on the specific plan created, fosters a deep and individualized focus on well-being and ensures that employees have the tools and support needed to overcome challenges, enhance mental health, and reach their full potential.

This elite package empowers employees to take charge of their well-being journey in a way that suits their unique needs and goals, ultimately contributing to a highly resilient and productive workforce.
