To put this bluntly Jon is an absolute legend! I want to say thank you first before giving my review as it is entirely necessary to thank you for everything. The positivity that you have helped me, help myself to put into my life is more than I could have asked for. The learning and invaluable time and effort we have both put in over the last few months has been essential to help me to control my own thinking. This is entirely down to your kindness, patience, depth of knowledge and down to earth attitude. If you didn’t question me every session and push me to rethink my negative approach it wouldn't have happened! If you are thinking of calling or messaging this man for help please do it.. reaching for the phone is the hardest part, as he told me right at the beginning of my journey! I am now taking everything I have learned, methods taught and learned from Jon into practise in my daily life and I am a much happier person for it. Working with Jon has not only been transformative for my mental health, it equipped me with the tools I needed to see things from a fresh perspective and reprioritise in life. If like me you have no experience with hypnotherapy, don’t let the “hypno” put you off. Jon is a lovely, normal down-to-earth bloke, who cultivates a calm and safe space. I had some initial apprehension and skepticism, but it was nothing but a positive experience. No weirdness and no woo. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been vaping for the last 2 years and over that period I have periodically tried everything that I could possibly think of to try and stop but nothing worked and invariably I would start up again. A friend had recommended Jonathan to me, so out of sheer desperation I thought I would give it a shot. Frankly it was the best thing I could have done, my appointment was three weeks ago today and thankfully I have not touched a vape since, which is all down to the session I had with Jonathan. He is a calming, caring, personable chap, who is clearly very good at his job and I would highly recommend that anyone goes to see him if they are struggling with addiction or mental health issues as he has helped me enormously and I am throughly grateful to him for that.

I went to Jon when I was in a bad place. And I have suffered from anxiety in the past. I think opening up as much as possible is the best way to achieve the best results in therapy. In the first couple of sessions i wasn’t being completely honest with Jon or myself. But as soon as I began to open up and be completely honest I then started to receive the information that was needed in order for me get over these negative thoughts and emotions. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone who is going through a bad period, or even if they feel they may be going down the wrong path in life. Jon helped me to understand my brain and the processes it can go through that can either send you down a negative spiral of thoughts and emotions. But the same way it can do this, it can be done in a positive way as well. Highly recommend.

We went to Jon as my daughter age 9 has been battling some fears/mental blocks in gymnastics with backwards tumbling. My daughter felt at ease with Jon and could talk and explain her feelings even though she struggles with communicating. Jon has built up her confidence, she is now believing in herself and backward tumbling is making progress.
